The guerrilla movement said the ELN, the second most powerful insurgent group in Colombia, is willing to begin peace talks "as soon as possible" with Juan Manuel Santos' government.
"The ELN cannot be excluded from the peace process," commander Ivan Marquez, head of the FARC delegation in talks with the Colombian government, told local media on Monday.
The FARC and the Santos' government have been in talks since November 2012 in Havana.
"We can confirm that (the ELN) leaders want to start peace talks with Colombia's government as soon as possible. Peace without the ELN would be an incomplete peace," said Marquez after Santos announced last week that the ELN "was running out of time" to start peace negotiations and form part of the solution in the country.
The FARC is yet to conclude negotiations with the Colombian government in Havana. They are currently discussing the "end of conflict" topic which includes finalizing details of the bilateral ceasefire and organizing disarming the rebel group.
