Lavrov announces postponement of Syria negotiations in Geneva

The latest round of conflict resolution talks between the Syrian government and armed opposition has been postponed until the end of Feb., Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Friday.


The United Nations-backed discussions in Geneva had been slated for Feb. 8.
