Mogherini: relations between EU, Russia are not frozen, cooperation exists

The head of the European Union's diplomatic service on Monday assured that relations with Russia were not frozen, during a press conference in Moscow alongside the Russian foreign minister.


Federica Mogherini said she had come to the conclusion with Sergey Lavrov that, although there were some important points of disagreement _ most notably the conflict in Ukraine and the Crimean peninsula _ they were both willing to cooperate and dialogue to find peaceful political solutions.
