Israel Puts Army in Occupied Palestine on High Alert

Occupied Palestine
The Israeli newspaper Maariv reported on Saturday that the Israeli Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot decided to put the army on high alert, fearing the spread of Palestinian protests.

The paper added that Eizenkot’s decision came in light of the bloody events which took place on Friday that left three Palestinians dead and hundreds of others injured.

The stabbing operation in Ramallah which claimed three Israeli settlers was also behind Eizenkot’s decision, according to Maariv.
