Trump, Putin talk on phone, discuss North Korea, White House says

The President of the United States and his Russian counterpart had a telephone conversation Thursday, talking about how to resolve the situation in North Korea, the White House said in a statement.


The two presidents "discussed working together to resolve the very dangerous situation in North Korea," the brief statement said.
