US unilateral actions in Syria behind Turkish aggression on Afrin

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov considered that the “unilateral actions” taken by the United States in Syria were the cause of the Turkish aggression on Afrin.


“Unilateral actions by the United States in Syria have infuriated Turkey,” Lavrov told Kommersant newspaper in an interview on Sunday, pointing to the United States’ destructive role in foreign affairs.
