Moral Obligation : Canada offers resettlement plan for Afghan interpreters, contractors

The federal government is promising to resettle thousands of Afghan interpreters and other workers who helped the Canadian Armed Forces during the war. 

Marco Mendicino, minister of immigration, refugees and citizenship, says that Canada has a 'moral obligation to support the Afghan people who supported Canada over the years.'
