Ukraine says Russia wants to seize power station dam | Al Jazeera

The Ukrainian army warns that Russian forces want to seize the dam of a key hydroelectric power station south of the capital Kyiv.

In a report issued early on Sunday, the General Staff of the Ukrainian armed forces said Russia planned to seize the dam of the Kaniv hydroelectric power station, located some 150 km (93 miles) south of Kyiv on the Dneiper River.
