Rockets target US coalition forces in eastern Syria

Rocket fire targeted a base housing US coalition forces in the al-Omar oil field in eastern Syria on Saturday night, according to Al-Mayadeen TV and Deir Ezzor 24.

 Al-Mayadeen claimed that an unidentified drone fired a number of missiles towards the base.

The coalition forces responded by bombing sites on the outskirts of Al-Mayadin in the Deir Ezzor region of eastern Syria, according to Al-Mayadeen.
