Kyiv residents awoke to air raid sirens for the fourth morning in a row after Russia launched a barrage of raids across the country on Monday, killing at least 19 people, according to Ukraine’s emergency services.
Kuleba said Thursday’s attacks occurred in the area around the capital city. Based on preliminary information, the strikes were caused by Iranian-made loitering munitions often known as “kamikaze drones”.
It was not yet clear if there were any casualties.
