Ukraine detains hundreds of civilians in Kherson for POW swap
The Ukrainian authorities have detained hundreds of local residents in Kherson, planning to use them in an exchange for prisoners of war, the Kherson Region governor’s freelance adviser, Alexander Malkevich, told TASS on Thursday.
"How many men are now held prisoner on our side? At least several hundred. We are certain that the Kiev regime is now forming a so-called ‘swap fund’, if you wish.
