Lukashenko called the condition for concluding a contract with PMC "Wagner"

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that when PMC Wagner is deployed on the territory of the republic, a legally binding contract will be signed with the company, and a law or decree will determine the framework within which the company will operate.

"At the level of a law or a presidential decree, the framework within which this unit will operate will be determined,"  Lukashenka said.

 According to him, if the PMC is located in Belarus, then a legally binding contract will be concluded with this company, where everything will be spelled out.
