Russian air defense shot down the second Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile of the S-200 complex, converted to strike at the Earth, flying to the Crimean bridge, there was no damage, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday.
"On August 12, at about 3:00 pm Moscow time, the Kiev regime made a new attempt to deliver a terrorist strike on the Crimean bridge with the S-200 anti-aircraft guided missile converted into a strike version. The Ukrainian missile was detected and shot down in the air by Russian air defense systems," the ministry said.
They said there were no damage or casualties.
Another Ukrainian missile has been shot down by the air defense system over the Kerch Strait, Governor of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov reported via Telegram.
"Another Ukrainian armed forces’ missile has been shot down over the Kerch Strait," he wrote.
Russia’s Defense Ministry reported earlier that the S-200 missile system converted into a strike version had been intercepted.

Напомним, ранее в Министерстве обороны Российской Федерации сообщили, что Украина пыталась ударить по Крымскому мосту. Враг атаковал ракетой С-200, переделанной в ударный вариант.
Объект перехватили в воздухе. В результате происшествия никто не пострадал.

"Traffic has been resumed on the Crimean bridge," the post said.
Ukraine’s acts of sabotage will be responded in kind, as such barbaric steps cannot be justified, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said commenting on Ukrainian attempts to attack Crimea and the Crimean Bridge.
