Zelensky visited brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Melitopol direction, Zaporozhye

Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the part of the Zaporozhye region controlled by Kyiv, met with the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Melitopol direction, Zelenskyy's office reported.

"During a working trip to the Zaporozhye region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky visited the locations of the brigades that are conducting offensive operations in the Melitopol direction," the message published on the website of Zelensky's office reads.

 According to the office, Zelensky also met with the commander of the Tavria operational-strategic grouping of troops Oleksandr Tarnavsky. 

The units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to Zelensky's office, reported on the need for electronic warfare equipment, air defense systems, and unmanned aerial vehicles.

 As a result of the meeting, Zelensky ordered to submit all the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for consideration and to transfer the request to Western countries.
