Peskov about Karabakh: de jure we are talking about Azerbaijan’s actions on its territory

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the aggravation of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, said that Baku is conducting de jure military operations on the territory of Azerbaijan.

    “De jure, now we are talking about the actions of the Republic of Azerbaijan on its territory,” said the Kremlin representative.
