Russian Defense Ministry: two MiG-29s delivered from Poland were destroyed at the Kulbakino airfield

On the night of September 29, the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed two MiG-29 fighters transferred from Poland to Ukraine at the Kulbakino airfield in the Nikolaev region, the Russian Ministry of Defense reports.
    “On the night of September 29, two more Mig-29 fighters delivered from Poland, modernized for the use of Western missile weapons, were destroyed at the Kulbakino airfield,” the department reported.

    Вооруженные силы (ВС) РФ уничтожили на аэродроме Кульбакино Николаевской области два истребителя МиГ-29, которые Польша поставила украинской армии. Об этом 29 сентября сообщили в Минобороны РФ.

    Отмечается, что данные самолеты были модернизированы для применения западного ракетного вооружения.
