Biden signs bill to fund government without aid to Ukraine

US President Joe Biden signed a law approved by Congress that will continue funding the government for a period of 45 days - until November 17, the White House informed.

“On Saturday, September 30 , the President signed HR 5860, which provides appropriations to federal agencies until November 17, 2023 ... and extends certain expiring authorities,” the American administration said.
