All Middle Eastern countries, including Israel, must join the Non-Proliferation Treaty and open their nuclear facilities for inspections, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi said.
Speaking at the IAEA board meeting in Vienna, the Director General noted that the Agency had made "repeated calls" on "all countries in the Middle East, and that includes Israel, to join [the Non-Proliferation Treaty] and to open all their nuclear facilities to comprehensive safeguards inspections."
