Russia says Ukraine uses Storm Shadow, ATACMS missiles to hit non-military targets

A Russian foreign ministry diplomat claimed on Tuesday that the Ukrainian army was using Storm Shadow, ATACMS and HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) for strikes on non-military targets.
Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry's special envoy for crimes of the Kyiv regime, said: “For strikes on non-military targets, housing and social facilities, Ukrainian forces massively use long-range missiles Storm Shadow, SCALP, ATACMS and their modifications and equivalents, including those carrying cluster warheads,” as cited by state news agency TASS.
