Moscow received Washington’s notice of a Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) test launch, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.
"Naturally, such test launches are a subject of notification through corresponding channels. That is why, all the necessary notices were, of course, received. The Russian side acts in the same way," he said.
The Kremlin spokesman declined to comment on the US ICBM’s failed test launch. "This should not be a subject of our commentaries," he said.
