More than 230 people were evacuated in northern Armenia due to flooding, the rescue service of the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
On Sunday, the department reported that as a result of flooding in the north of the republic, roads and bridges were destroyed, dozens of people were evacuated, and there was information about the death.
It is noted that over 300 people were involved in rescue efforts. “The rescue service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has switched to enhanced service. Search and rescue and emergency recovery work continues,” the message says.
