Wreckage of the Russian unmanned aerial vehicle "Geran" was found on the territory of Romania. This was stated by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic.
According to Moskovsky Komsomolets, the investigation was launched in Tulcea on July 24, where the remains of a drone were found. The Romanian Ministry of Defense intends to continue research, expanding the search area.
The day before, the Ukrainian Air Force said that three Russian UAVs could cross the border between Ukraine and Romania.
Earlier, the press service of the Romanian presidential administration reported that the country's Supreme Defense Council approved the transfer of the Patriot air defense system to Kyiv.
