Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov said that the special operation is an armed confrontation between Russia and the collective West, led by the United States.
“As you know, today’s event is taking place during a special military operation. In essence, this is an armed confrontation between Russia and the collective West,” the minister said at the opening ceremony of the Army-2024 forum.
Belousov added that the confrontation is caused by the desire of the United States and its allies to maintain dominance and prevent the creation of a new world order - equal and multipolar.
