Russian Ministry of Defense: 20 Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed and intercepted over Russia overnight

Over the past night, Russian air defense systems intercepted 20 Ukrainian aircraft-type drones, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

A message published on the department’s Telegram channel clarifies that 9 UAVs were shot down over the Saratov region, 3 over the Kursk region. 

The Russian air defense also shot down two Ukrainian drones over the Belgorod, Bryansk and Tula regions, and one each over the territories of the Oryol and Ryazan regions.
