Having analyzed recent conflicts and Western actions in connection with the Russian military operation in Ukraine, Moscow is making changes to its nuclear doctrine, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told TASS.
According to him, work on these adjustments is already “at an advanced stage” - at the stage of “fine-tuning” the document, but specific deadlines for its completion cannot yet be given. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia explained that Moscow constantly checks its strategic documents in the field of nuclear deterrence with the requirements of current challenges.

ReplyDeleteIn an interview with one of the country’s major state-run broadcasters, Russia 1, the top state official emphasized that Washington has been consistently trampling on Russia’s interests and exerting pressure on Moscow for several decades.
Ties between the two states have reached “a cracking-up point” during Joe Biden’s presidency, according to Peskov, who stressed that the US administration is demonstrating an openly hostile position towards Russia by supporting Ukraine.
