The Kremlin said on Thursday that military instructors from different countries were working in Ukraine and taking part in military actions and the training of Ukrainian forces, Russian news agencies reported.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia would continue its military operation in Ukraine until it achieves all of its aims, the RIA news agency reported.
He said the United States and Europe showed no interest in a diplomatic solution to the war.
