Russian drone attack triggers power cuts in Odessa for second day

A Russian drone attack late on Tuesday killed one person and triggered power, water and heating cuts in Ukraine’s Black Sea port of Odessa for the second day running, the regional governor said.

Drone strikes damaged critical infrastructure, leaving neighbourhoods without services, he said.
