IDF intercepts new Houthi missile, sirens sound in central Israel

Sirens sounded in central Israel in the early hours on Friday morning following a rocket launch from Yemen, the IDF confirmed.

The military confirmed that the rocket had been intercepted.

"After the air raid sirens sounded in several areas of Israel some time ago, a missile launched from Yemen was intercepted," the army said in a statement.
