The European Union will expand its broadcasting ban on media outlets as part of the adopted 20th package of anti-Russian sanctions, Estonia’s Foreign Ministry announced.
"The broadcasting ban will be extended to entities that continue to distribute content from sanctioned media outlets," the ministry said in a statement.
The final wording of the restrictive measures will be published in the Official Journal of the European Union on Thursday evening or Friday morning.
