Iran has carried out drone strikes at US AWACS (Airborne Warning and Control System) aircraft and refueling planes at Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport, the army said in a statement.
"Drone strikes hit the deployment points of US AWACS aircraft and refueling planes at Ben Gurion Airport," the IRNA news agency quoted the statement as saying.
According to the Iranian military, the strikes also targeted a US radar detection and missile and drone tracking facility in the United Arab Emirates.
