The Israeli army has fired two shells between the town of Beit Jinn and the Red Hills in the western suburb of Damascus, the country’s official news agency, SANA, is reporting.
The two shells landed in agricultural land on Friday, and no injuries were reported, it added.
This latest attack follows a similar incident on August 18, when the Israeli army fired an artillery shell towards the Yarmouk Basin area in the western suburb of the Deraa province, targeting a valley west of the town of Abideen.
