Ukraine is testing systems to intercept Russia’s "Oreshnik" in space — The Guardian

According to the publication, Kyiv has already conducted three tests of exoatmospheric interception systems designed to destroy ballistic missiles outside the atmosphere.

The primary goal of this development is to counter Russia’s "Oreshnik" [Орешник] missile, which is capable of delivering warheads into near-Earth space and striking multiple targets.

Ukraine intends to establish serial production of these systems; however, development is being hindered by a lack of funding amid massive military expenditures.
