A series of suicide attempts have recently gone live on popular Chinese microblog website after a teenager who killed himself gave live updates of his suicide on Sina Weibo Sunday, sparking a lively debate over social media's responsibility.

Humanitarian convoy starts moving, Kiev no more 'excuses' to delay (Russia)

Moscow has accused Kiev of deliberately holding up the delivery of Russian humanitarian aid to the Donetsk and Lugansk regions in eastern Ukraine, according to a new statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
The ministry says Russia has ordered the convoy to proceed, without waiting for further permission.
It added the “excuses” for delaying the aid from entering Ukraine have been “exhausted”.
First trucks, carrying Russian humanitarian aid have crossed the border with Ukraine and stopped at Izvarino check-point, RIA Novosti reports.

Thousands of protesters in Istanbul clashed with police in the most violent rally Turkey has seen in years. Hundreds have been injured and dozens arrested in fierce rioting which the media has dubbed the Turkish Spring as it spreads across the country.

Απευθείας σύνδεση με τις τράπεζες ώστε να υπάρχει πρόσβαση στους τραπεζικούς λογαριασμούς των πολιτών, θα αποκτήσει εντός του 2013 το υπουργείο Οικονομικών, καθώς, όπως αναφέρει την Πέμπτη, «στα πλαίσια της αξιοποίησης περισσοτέρων στοιχείων τρίτων προς όφελος των ελεγκτικών υπηρεσιών, δρομολογείται, μέσα στο 2013, η δημιουργία εφαρμογής άμεσης διασύνδεσης με τα τραπεζικά ιδρύματα».
Όπως επισημαίνεται, η διασύνδεση «θα μειώσει στο ελάχιστο τις καθυστερήσεις στην διεκπεραίωση αιτημάτων του ΣΔΟΕ και των λοιπών ελεγκτικών υπηρεσιών, για το άνοιγμα τραπεζικών λογαριασμών».

Ομως στο ίδιο μήνυμα διατύπωνε και κρίσεις για την πολιτική των ΗΠΑ στην περιοχή: «Παρά τις διαβεβαιώσεις της κυβέρνησης Μπους, η αμερικανική πολιτική εδώ είναι μια καταστροφή. Πρόκειται για αποτυχία».
