Nearly 40 suspected militants killed in India's Manipur
The state's Chief Minister N. Biren Singh on Sunday claimed that 40 suspected militants belonging to the "Kuki" groups have been killed by security forces over the past couple of days.

Assad says Syrian government ready to grant amnesty to armed opposition groups
Members of the armed opposition will have a chance to take advantage of the amnesty offered by the government, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said in an interview with French media, published by the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).

EEUU anuncia fin de apoyo al ESL tras publicación de vídeo de decapitación
EEUU publicó el jueves un comunicado, citado por Al Masdar News, en el que afirma que había retirado su apoyo al Ejército Sirio Libre, apoyado por Turquía. Esto tuvo lugar poco después de que militantes de este último hayan decapitado en un vídeo a un hombre que podría ser un combatiente kurdo de las Fuerzas Democráticas Sirias (FDS), integradas sobre todo por kurdos.

Moscow: Nearly 6000 Jabhat al-Nusra-linked terrorists fight in Aleppo

Russian Defense Ministry hopes the US would ensure safety of corridors to deliver humanitarian aid to Aleppo

Biden apologizes to Saudi Arabia over ISIS remarks
U.S. Vice President Joe Biden apologized to Saudi Arabia on Wednesday
over recent remarks he made suggesting Gulf states had supported
extremist groups in the region.
Biden also thanked Saudi Arabia for its support in the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS/ISIL).

Crimea state television occupied by armed groups
Official radio and television building occupied after armed men had earlier seized parliament, prime ministry and airport.
The official radio and television building in the capital of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in south Ukraine, was occupied by pro-Russia armed groups on Friday.
The latest occupation in Simferopol came after the parliament building, prime ministry and airport were seized by armed men this week. Officials inside the building told Anadolu Agency the groups have not harmed any of the personnel in the building.
