Israel usually does not inform Russia about strikes on Syria

After the escalation of the Middle East conflict, Israel generally does not inform Russia about strikes on Syrian territory, Russian Presidential Special Envoy for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said.
"They usually don’t inform us, as a general rule," the envoy said. According to him, Russia would only know about the strikes "after the fact."
