Another bid by Democrats to end war on Iran fails in the Senate

This is the third attempt, and this one failed by a vote of 47 to 53.

This was a party-line vote, and one person on each side switched.

The Senate Democrats forced this vote, and they knew they were going to lose it because the Republicans had been standing behind President Trump on the war in Iran.
