Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova reiterated on Wednesday that Moscow considers all shipments of military hardware destined for Kyiv to be targets.
"Any shipment of military products for Kyiv becomes a legitimate target for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. We have warned of this on more than one occasion," the spokeswoman stated.
Regarding the declaration on the comprehensive, hundred-year strategic partnership between Canada and Ukraine, signed in mid-September, Zakharova noted that Zelenskyy "travels the world seeking the support, including military aid, that he needs to continue the slaughter he unleashed against his own people."
