NATO fighter jets have been scrambled, and civilians are being urged to seek shelter in safe locations.
The incident may involve Ukrainian drones that is using Lithuanian airspace in an attempt to attack the Leningrad Region.
UPT: “The Lithuanian Armed Forces inform: AIR ALERT IS OVER (WHITE). You may leave safe places or shelters,” the authorities said in an emergency message.
