With the November 3 midterm elections just over a month away, a new AP-NORC poll shows broad dissatisfaction with US President Donald Trump’s handling of Iran and the war.
Seventy-one percent of Americans disapprove of Trump’s handling of Iran, while 69 percent say the war has not been worth fighting.
The findings came as the Iran war remains a major foreign policy issue ahead of the midterm elections, and its economic fallout weighs on voters.
The poll found 65 percent of adults blamed Trump’s policies for higher-than-usual prices.
