Bagdad to restart oil flow to Turkey after Arbil deal. (Need for cooperation in Cyprus)
Iraq’s government will restart the transport of oil to Turkey for the first time since March after it settled a long-lasting revenue row with the regional Kurdish government last week, Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yıldız said at an energy conference in Rome on Nov. 19.

Sweden Confirms Submarine Presence. (“a foreign power has violated Swedish territorial integrity.”)
Sweden says it can confirm a submarine violated its territorial waters near Stockholm in October.

MEPs call on Turkey to stop provocations in Cyprus’ exclusive economic zone. Turkish maritime surveys “must be seen as both illegal and provocative”
MEPs condemned Turkey’s “maritime survey” activities as encroaching upon the Republic of Cyprus’ exclusive economic zone and its sovereign right to explore the natural resources within it, in a resolution voted on Thursday. The text also calls on Turkey to stop its “provocative actions” and “threats” against the Republic of Cyprus.
