Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia's state-owned oil company, informed European refineries that it will supply the full volume of crude oil requested for November following the resumption of operations at the East-West pipeline, which had been targeted by attacks, Bloomberg reported on Friday, citing sources familiar with the matter.
According to the sources, at least three European refineries will receive their full allocated volumes.
This move comes as a relief to customers who had been forced to seek alternative supplies.
